RWROHCC is a community center dedicated to fostering the emotional and physical enrichment and development of members of all ages. RWROHCC is located in Bastrop, Louisiana and offers an impressive curriculum of after school programs, youth activities, professional classes and successful summer and winter camp programs for children and adults.
